Many don't provide much of any lift/support, so your testicles are uncomfortably positioned between your thighs. Then there are the jockstraps that provide the "lift", but the pouch is usually very small and you feel like your package is being smashed! Ergowear's Gym jockstrap is, by far, my favorite. The superior fabric and generous pouch design stretches to comfortably accommodate even the well endowed guy- ..and lifts your package away from your thighs. Most importantly, these are very well made and will last for years- as opposed to other manufacturers jocks where stitching starts pulling apart after just 1-2 washings (I'm looking at you McKillop!)
