8.4 EARTHQUAKE IN CHILE
A powerful earthquake hit the central region of Chile yesterday evening. However, we are happy to inform that Ergowear’s offices and warehouse were unaffected, and neither were any of our staff members, associates and their families. The quake lasted for nearly 4 minutes, but with the immediate after-shocks our building didn’t stop rocking for about 25 minutes. Very scary, but other than that no serious consequences.
The quake hit on the evening before Chile’s traditional Independence Day weekend; we expect to resume order processing and shipments on monday 21 SEP.
